We currently offer two unique multi-day tours: one focused on wildlife and gorilla trekking across Uganda and Rwanda, and another centered on deep cultural immersion with Uganda’s diverse tribes. Day 1: Arrival in Kigali & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park (Rwanda)

Your safari begins with a warm welcome in Kigali. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a brief city tour—including the Genocide Memorial or local markets. Then travel north through Rwanda’s lush hills to Volcanoes National Park. Overnight in Musanze.

Day 2: Golden Monkey Trekking

After breakfast, you'll join a guided trek to see the playful Golden Monkeys, found only in the Virunga volcanic region. This scenic, moderately challenging hike is both fun and rewarding. Relax in the afternoon or opt for a cultural village visit.

Day 3: Cross to Uganda & Batwa Cultural Experience

Drive across the Cyanika border into Uganda and head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of terraced hills. In the afternoon, meet the indigenous Batwa people and learn about their forest traditions, music, and hunting skills.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

The highlight of your trip! Join professional trackers for a once-in-a-lifetime trek to a habituated gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for rest and celebration.

Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha

Travel through the scenic Ishasha Sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Continue to the northern section of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy the evening at your lodge.

Day 6: Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Rise early for a game drive in the Kasenyi plains, where you may spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, and more. In the afternoon, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a prime spot to view hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.

Day 7: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kyambura Gorge

Venture into the "Valley of Apes", the dramatic Kyambura Gorge, for a chimpanzee-tracking adventure. Along the way, enjoy sightings of other primates and birds. Return for a peaceful final evening in the wild.

Day 8: Return to Entebbe & Departure

Enjoy a scenic drive back to Entebbe, stopping at the Equator for photos and souvenirs. End the trip at the airport or your chosen hotel.

Day 1: Entebbe to Karamoja

Drive northeast through Jinja and Soroti into the remote Karamoja region, home to Uganda’s semi-nomadic Karimojong people. Settle into your lodge in Moroto.

Day 2: Karimojong Cultural Immersion

Visit a traditional manyatta homestead. Learn about Karimojong warrior culture, join traditional dances, taste local food, and hear ancestral stories firsthand.

Day 3: Transfer to Mbale – Bagisu Homeland

Travel to the fertile eastern region of Mbale, at the foot of Mount Elgon. Relax with mountain views and a calm evening.

Day 4: Bagisu Culture & Kadodi Dance

Explore Bagisu traditions including clan structures, oral history, and the famous Kadodi drumming tied to Imbalu initiation ceremonies. Visit a coffee farm to learn about Bagisu Arabica coffee.

Day 5: Drive to Fort Portal – Tooro Kingdom

Journey west to Fort Portal, the royal center of the Batooro people. This charming town is known for its crater lakes and tea plantations.

Day 6: Batooro Cultural Experience

Visit the Tooro Palace, meet local musicians, dancers, and storytellers, and learn about Tooro’s strong royal identity.

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi – Batwa Territory

Head south into the rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Check in at Nshongi Camp, located on the forest edge—home to the ancient Batwa pygmies.

Day 8: The Batwa Trail

Join Batwa guides for a powerful forest walk. Learn about their survival skills, music, rituals, and spiritual connection to the forest. A rare opportunity to honor and understand a fading way of life.

Day 9: Drive to Kampala – Buganda Kingdom

Make your way to Kampala, Uganda’s capital and home of the Buganda Kingdom. Reflect on your cultural journey as you cross the Equator.

Day 10: Buganda Royal Sites & Departure

Explore Buganda’s history with a visit to Kasubi Tombs, Kabaka’s Palace, or vibrant craft markets. Then transfer to Entebbe for your departure.
